GrassRoots Overview...
There are almost too many “GrassRoots” racing classes to keep track of. However the top of the open-wheel (non-fendered) categories are Supermodified and Sprint Cars. Supermodified are the fastest short oval track cars in the world! They are debatably more exciting to watch then a Champ Car. Grand Am is an example of a fendered car class that looks similar to the cars you would see at a NASCAR Race and put on a very exciting show.
